摘 要:利用非晶晶化法制备了Fe_(42)Co_(42)Zr_(7)B_(9)、Fe_(41)Co_(41)Zr_(7)Mo_(2)B_(9)、Fe_(41.5)Co_(41.5)Zr_(7)B_(9)Cu_(1)和Fe_(40.5)Co_(40.5)Zr_(7)Mo_(2)B_(9)Cu_(1)4种纳米晶合金,研究分别单独添加Mo、单独添加Cu及复合添加Mo和Cu对Fe_(42)Co_(42)Zr_(7)B_(9)合金热稳定性和微观结构的影响。结果表明:4种合金在快淬态时均为非晶合金,4种合金的晶化激活能相差不大,即添加Mo和Cu元素对Fe_(42)Co_(42)Zr_(7)B_(9)合金的热稳定性影响不大;4种合金经各自晶化峰值温度等温热处理后的晶化相均为单一的α-Fe(Co)相;未添加Mo和Cu的合金经热处理后的透射电镜(TEM)图中观察到晶粒团聚现象;单独添加Mo减小了合金的晶粒尺寸,但仍有部分晶粒团聚;单独添加Cu的合金的晶粒分布相对均匀;复合添加Mo和Cu的Fe_(40.5)Co_(40.5)Zr_(7)Mo_(2)B_(9)Cu_(1)合金的晶粒尺寸较小,且纳米晶粒均匀分布在剩余非晶中。Four kinds of nanocrystalline alloys,Fe_(42)Co_(42)Zr_(7)B_(9),Fe_(41)Co_(41)Zr_(7)Mo_(2)B_(9),Fe_(41.5)Co_(41.5)Zr_(7)B_(9)Cu_(1)and Fe_(40.5)Co_(40.5)Zr_(7)Mo_(2)B_(9)Cu_(1),were prepared by amorphous crystallization method.The effect of adding Mo alone,Cu alone,as well as composite addition of Mo and Cu,on the thermal stability and microstructure of the Fe_(42)Co_(42)Zr_(7)B_(9)alloy was studied.The results show that all four alloys are amorphous alloys in the rapid quenching state,and the crystallization activation energies of the four alloys are not significantly different,indicating that the addition of Mo and Cu elements has little effect on the thermal stability of the Fe_(42)Co_(42)Zr_(7)B_(9)alloy.The crystallization phases of the four alloys after isothermal treatment at their respective peak crystallization temperatures are all singleα-Fe(Co)phases.The phenomenon of grain agglomeration is observed in the transmission electron microscopy(TEM)image of the alloy without Mo and Cu added after heat treatment.The addition of Mo alone reduces the grain size of the alloy,but some grains still agglomerate.The grain distribution of the alloy with Cu added alone is relatively uniform.The grain size of the Fe4_(0.5)Co_(40.5)Zr_(7)Mo_(2)B_(9)Cu_(1)alloy with composite addition of Mo and Cu is relatively small,and the nanocrystals are uniformly distributed in the remaining amorphous matrix.
