摘 要:利用自主设计的CO_(2)/H_(2)O气液两相流动态腐蚀平台,通过计数法和质量损失法研究了气液两相塞状流流态对X60钢腐蚀行为的影响,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对腐蚀表面形貌特征及腐蚀产物成分进行分析。结果表明:随气相流量的增大,塞状流的液塞频率和X60钢的腐蚀速率均呈现出先降低后增加的趋势。当气相流量小于150 L/h时,随气相流量的增大,X60钢的腐蚀速率随液塞频率降低而降低,气相流量增大到150 L/h时,管壁产物膜的覆盖率高于其他气相流量时产物膜的覆盖率,腐蚀速率达到最低值。当气相流量大于150 L/h时,腐蚀速率随气相流量增大而增大。不同气相流量条件下,管壁底部一直受液相的冲刷,导致管壁底部比顶部腐蚀严重;腐蚀产物主要组成相为Fe_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(3)O_(4)、FeCO_(3)和FeOOH。Using a self-designed CO_(2)/H_(2)O gas-liquid two-phase flow dynamic corrosion platform,the influence of gas-liquid two-phase plug flow state on corrosion behavior of X60 steel was studied using counting and mass loss methods.The corrosion surface morphology characteristics and corrosion product composition were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)analysis,X-ray diffraction(XRD),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results show that with the increase of gas phase flow rate,the liquid plug frequency of the plug flow and the corrosion rate of the X60 steel show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.When the gas phase flow rate is less than 150 L/h,the corrosion rate of the X60 steel decreases with the decrease of liquid plug frequency as the gas phase flow rate increases.When the gas phase flow rate increases to 150 L/h,the coverage rate of the product film on the pipe wall is higher than that of other gas flow rates,and the corrosion rate reaches the lowest value.When the gas phase flow rate is greater than 150 L/h,the corrosion rate increases with the increase of gas phase flow rate.Under different gas phase flow conditions,the bottom of the pipe wall is constantly eroded by the liquid phase,resulting in more severe corrosion at the bottom of the pipe wall than at the top,and the main phases of corrosion products are Fe_(2)O_(3),Fe_(3)O_(4),FeCO_(3)and FeOOH.
