摘 要:通过正交试验设计了9种不同成分的C-V-Cr-Mo系合金。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、磨粒磨损试验机等研究了C、V、Cr和Mo 4种元素含量对合金组织及耐磨性能的影响,并揭示该合金体系在不同磨损条件下的磨损机理,得到具有优良性价比的耐磨合金成分。结果表明:热处理后合金的组织主要包括马氏体、残留奥氏体,块状VC、骨架状M_(7)C_(3)和棒状MC;随着合金元素含量增加,组织中VC和M_(7)C_(3)析出的数量、尺寸、分布等特征发生了明显变化;4种元素对合金在湿砂橡胶轮条件下的磨粒磨损性能影响的主次顺序为:C>Mo>V>Cr,最优成分是2.1C-8.0Cr-1.5Mo-2.0V;冲击载荷为1 J时,影响合金冲击磨粒磨损性能的主次顺序是:C>V>Cr>Mo;冲击载荷增大到3 J时,影响冲击磨粒磨损性能的主次顺序则是:C>Cr>V>Mo,最优成分是2.1C-4.0Cr-0.5Mo-4.0V。Nine different compositions of C-V-Cr-Mo alloys were designed by orthogonal experiments.Effect of the content of four elements,C,V,Cr,and Mo,on microstructure and wear resistance of the alloys was studied using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and abrasive wear testing machine.The wear mechanism of the alloys under different wear conditions was revealed,and a wear-resistant alloy composition with excellent cost-effectiveness was obtained.The results show that the microstructure of the alloys after heat treatment mainly includes martensite,retained austenite,massive VC,skeletal M_(7)C_(3),and rod-shaped MC.As the content of alloying elements increases,the quantity,size,and distribution of VC and M_(7)C_(3)precipitates in the microstructure undergo significant changes.The primary and secondary order of the effects of four elements on the abrasive wear performance of the alloys under wet sand rubber wheel conditions is:C>Mo>V>Cr,with the optimal composition being 2.1C-8.0Cr-1.5Mo-2.0V.When the impact load is 1 J,the primary and secondary order affecting the impact abrasive wear performance of the alloy is:C>V>Cr>Mo.When the impact load increases to 3 J,the primary and secondary order affecting the impact abrasive wear performance is C>Cr>V>Mo,and the optimal composition is 2.1C-4.0Cr-0.5Mo-4.0V.
