摘 要:研究了二元碱度对微晶铸石晶化行为及抗折强度的影响。在Facts age热力学计算的基础上,借助扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对微晶铸石的析晶行为和显微结构进行了分析。结果表明:高炉渣碱度在0.90~1.20时,微晶铸石的主晶相为钙铝黄长石和镁黄长石,析晶温度应控制在1100℃以下;炉渣碱度为0.96时,可以获得晶粒分布较为均匀、致密的显微结构;随着碱度的提高,微晶铸石抗折强度呈现先升高后降低的趋势,碱度为0.96时抗折强度达到峰值,为40.08 MPa,当碱度超过0.96时,晶界面积逐渐变小机械强度降低,碱度1.20时抗折强度仅有3 MPa。Effect of binary alkalinity on crystallization behavior and flexural strength of microcrystalline cast stones was studied.Based on the thermodynamic calculations of Facts age,the crystallization behavior and microstructure of the microcrystalline cast stones were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that when the alkalinity of blast furnace slag is between 0.90 and 1.20,the main crystal phases of the microcrystalline cast stone are calcium aluminum yellow feldspar and magnesium yellow feldspar,and the crystallization temperature should be controlled below 1100℃.When the alkalinity of slag is 0.96,the microstructure with relatively uniform and dense grain distribution can be obtained.As the alkalinity increases,the flexural strength of the microcrystalline cast stones shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the alkalinity is 0.96,the flexural strength reaches its peak value of 40.08 MPa.When the alkalinity exceeds 0.96,the grain boundary area gradually decreases,and the mechanical strength decreases.When the alkalinity is 1.20,the flexural strength is only 3 MPa.
