摘　　要：发展新质生产力需科技的颠覆性创新,而OFDI逆向技术溢出是实现这一目标的关键路径。本文系统梳理了OFDI作用于新质生产力的理论机理,基于2010-2020年中国30省面板数据,用基准回归分析OFDI逆向技术溢出对新质生产力的影响方向与程度,并分析其基于创新能力和金融发展水平的异质性;接着引入有调节变量的空间计量模型,探究OFDI逆向技术溢出的空间效应及技术扶持与金融扶持的调节作用;然后引入绿色技术创新机制变量,揭示其传导路径。结果显示:OFDI逆向技术溢出显著提升新质生产力,且存在区域异质性;科技和金融扶持对直接促进效应有正向调节作用,但在间接效应中起负向调节作用;绿色技术创新是OFDI赋能新质生产力的关键作用渠道。The development of new-quality productivity requires subversive innovation in science and technology,and the reverse technology spillover of Outward Foreign Direct Investment(OFDI)is a key path to achieving this goal.This paper systematically reviews the theoretical mechanism by which OFDI affects new-quality productivity.Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2020,it employs benchmark regression analysis to examine the direction and extent of the impact of OFDI reverse technology spillover on new-quality productivity,and analyzes its heterogeneity based on innovation capability and financial development levels.Then,a spatial econometric model with moderating variables is introduced to explore the spatial effects of OFDI reverse technology spillover and the moderating role of technological and financial support.Subsequently,a green technology innovation mechanism variable is introduced to reveal its transmission path.The results indicate that OFDI reverse technology spillover significantly enhances new-quality productivity,with regional heterogeneity observed;technological andfinancial support have a positive moderating effect on the direct promotional effect,but play a negative moderating role in the indirect effects;green technology innovation is a key channel through which OFDI empowers new-quality productivity.
