摘  要:为研究超声波反射片对超声波计量的影响,本文通过构建不同反射片大小的几何模型,进行仿真求解,分析不同反射片面积下的流场状态、声场变化、信号强度等物理量,研究在超声波水表内不同的反射片大小对超声波传输过程的影响。结果表明,随着超声波反射片面积的增加,两个反射片中间的流场速度增加,K系数与声压也不断增大,最大声压从模型2的153Pa增加到模型6的257Pa。同时,随着反射片面积的增大,换能器接收端声压不断增大,有利于利用阈值方法判断目标波。In order to study the impact of the ultrasonic reflector plate on ultrasonic metering,this paper constructs geometric models with different reflector plate sizes and performs simulations to analyze the flow field state,acoustic field variations,signal strength,and other physical quantities under different reflector plate areas.The study investigates the influence of different reflector plate sizes on the ultrasonic transmission process within ultrasonic water meters.The results show that as the area of the ultrasonic reflector plate increases,the flow velocity between the two reflector plates rises,and both the K-factor and sound pressure continuously increase.The maximum sound pressure increases from 153 Pa in Model 2 to 257 Pa in Model 6.Additionally,as the reflector plate area increases,the sound pressure at the transducer receiver end also increases,which is beneficial for using the threshold method to identify the target wave.
