衡水市2023年主汛期暴雨特征及影响分析

摘  要:主汛期暴雨特征及影响分析对于防汛减灾、水资源利用等均具有十分重要的意义。本文对衡水市2023年主汛期连续3场暴雨过程在河道过水、市区积水、墒情及地下水影响等方面进行了全面分析。结果表明,暴雨导致部分河道形成产汇流、城区发生内涝、土壤含水率增加、地下水水位抬升。同时,提出了为最大限度地减少暴雨洪水灾害损失有效利用雨洪资源的意见建议。该研究成果可为各级政府及相关部门防汛决策提供数据支持。The analysis of heavy rainfall characteristics and impacts during the main flood season is of great significance for flood control,disaster reduction,and water resource utilization.This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of three consecutive heavy rainfall events during the main flood season in Hengshui City in 2023,focusing on aspects such as river flow,urban waterlogging,soil moisture,and groundwater impacts.The results show that the heavy rainfall led to the formation of runoff and convergence in some rivers,urban flooding,increased soil moisture,and a rise in groundwater levels.At the same time,suggestions are provided to minimize flood disaster losses and effectively utilize rainwater resources.The research findings offer valuable data support for flood control decision-making by governments and relevant departments at all levels.
