摘  要:家域是野生动物保护与管理的重要研究内容之一,对于理解动物的取食策略、生境选择及行为节律等具有重要的意义。贺兰山岩羊(Pseudois nayaur)因其生存环境较为险峻,宏观手段研究其家域较为不易。本研究利用微卫星技术结合野外采样GPS位点信息,在进行岩羊个体识别和性别鉴定的基础上,采用最小凸多边形法(MPC)对岩羊家域进行研究。结果显示:在识别出的183个个体中,重捕数大于4次的有6只个体,其中雌性个体4只,雄性个体2只。6只岩羊的家域分别为3.23、0.10、3.57、1.17、2.72、2.93 km^(2),家域大小与已有的采用宏观手段研究岩羊家域的结果一致,证明微卫星技术可以用于岩羊家域的研究。微卫星技术应用于野生动物家域分析中会受采样影响,后续需优化解决。Home range is one of the important research contents of wildlife conservation and management,which have great significance for understanding wildlife feeding strate⁃gies,habitat selection,and behavioral rhythms.It is not easy to study the home range of the blue sheep(Pseudois nayaur)with macroscopic method because of its relatively steep living environment.We esti⁃mated home range size of blue sheep by the minimum convex polygon method(MCP)on the basis of individual recognition and sex identification of the blue sheep using microsatellite technology and field sampling GPS location information.The re⁃sults showed that there are six individuals recaptured more than four times in all 183 individuals,four female individuals and two male individuals.And the home range size of six blue sheep are 3.23,0.10,3.57,1.17,2.72,2.93 km^(2).Comparison with previous research results we can know that the microsatellite technology can be used in the research of blue sheep home range.The application of microsatellite technology in home range analysis of wildlife could be affected by sampling,and further optimization are needed.
