摘  要:在生物多样性保护实践中,引入物种以及由此引发的相关生态学问题受到研究者、野生动物管理部门的长期关注。基于来自国内11省份的猕猴(Macaca mulatta)mtDNA D-loop序列(502 bp),分析河南荥阳环翠峪地区一个引入猕猴群体的遗传多样性和系统发育,旨在明确该猕猴群体的遗传背景,探讨其可能的原始种群产地。结果表明:(1)环翠峪猕猴群体核苷酸多样性较低(0.00711±0.00592),而单倍型多样性较高(0.143±0.119);(2)环翠峪猕猴群体与浙江地区猕猴聚为一支;(3)环翠峪猕猴群体与国内其他猕猴群体间的遗传差异为63.10%。据此推测,荥阳环翠峪地区猕猴的原始种群可能来自浙江地区。研究结果有助于规范引入动物开展生态旅游的管理,建议对环翠峪猕猴种群采取严格的监管措施,以避免其与太行山猕猴发生遗传混合的潜在风险。In the process of biodiversity protection,introduction species and the related ecology issues had been con⁃cerned by the researchers and wildlife preservationists for a long time.On the basis of mtDNA D-loop(502 bp)of rhesus macaques(Macaca mulatta)from 11 provinces of China,we analyzed the genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship of rhesus macaques population at Huancuiyu region in Xingyang,Henan Province.The results showed that:(1)Huancuiyu population has a low level of nucleotide diversity(0.00711±0.00592)and high haplotype diversity(0.143±0.119).(2)Huancuiyu population and Zhejiang population clustered into a clade.(3)There has a 63.10%genetic variance be⁃tween Huancuiyu population and other rhesus macaques populations from China.We deduced that rhesus macaques popu⁃lation of Huancuiyu possibly derived from Zhejiang Province.The results will be benefical for ecotourism regulating the man⁃agement of introduction animals.We suggested that reasonable regulatory measures should be taken for introduced spe⁃cies to prevent genetic mixing of local species,such as Taihangshan macaques.
