摘　　要：姿态标本是教学和科研的重要材料,然而由于亚洲象(Elephas maximus)巨大的体型和较厚的皮肤,使其标本制作过程中的皮张鞣制和假体模型制作等步骤相对困难,因此亚洲象标本的展出数量有限。优化亚洲象姿态标本制作技术对于推动相关研究和教育发展至关重要。本研究通过优化皮张处理、鞣制、假体制作和整形等制作技术,采用发泡剂和环氧树酯相结合制作假体模型,成功地完成一具雌性亚洲象的姿态标本,该标本更加逼真、轻巧和坚固。优化后的制作技术可满足博物馆、科研机构等对姿态标本的制作需求,可为大型兽类标本制作提供参考。The pose specimens play a crucial role in both teaching and research.How⁃ever,the taxidermy process for Asian elephants(Elephas maximus)presents significant challenges due to their large size and thick skin,making steps like skin tanning and pros⁃thesis modeling particularly difficult.Consequently,the number of Asian elephant speci⁃mens on display is limited.Therefore,it is imperative to optimize the technique of preparing pose specimens of Asian elephants,thereby promoting further research and education in this field.In the study,we suc⁃cessfully prepared a female Asian elephant’s pose specimen by optimizing skin treatment,tanning,fabrication,and shap⁃ing techniques.Additionally,we utilized a foaming agent and epoxy resin to create a prosthetic model.The resulting speci⁃men exhibits enhanced realism while remaining lightweight and sturdy.The optimized production technology could meet the requirements of museums and scientific research institutions for producing pose specimens and also provide valuable in⁃sights into the production of large animal specimens.
