摘  要:对外开放是中国式现代化的鲜明标识。高水平教育开放有助于提高我国教育的国际影响力、竞争力和话语权,助推教育强国建设。从根本上来看,高水平教育开放是基于人类共同文明、发展人类共同文明的开放;教育是中国融入人类共同文明的重要路径。对于我国的现代化强国建设而言,高水平教育开放的直接目的是通过教育开放助推高质量教育体系建设;而在国与国之间的政治经济与科技竞争日益激烈、世界变得更加充满不确定性的情况下,高水平教育开放的现实着力点是建立与国际科技前沿同步迭代的教育交流合作机制,吸收世界优质教育资源,助力教育强国建设,进而推动全球教育乃至人类共同文明的健康持续发展。Opening up to the outside world is a distinct mark of Chinese-style modernization.High-level educational opening up helps to enhance the international influence,competitiveness,and discourse power of China's education and promote the construction of a powerful nation in education.Fundamentally,a high-level educational opening up is a kind of openness based on the common civilization of humanity and is aimed at developing the common civilization of humanity.Education is an important pathway for China to integrate into the common civilization of humanity.For the construction of a modern and strong country in education,the direct purpose of high-level opening up education is to promote the construction of a high-quality education system through openness.In the context of increasingly fierce political,economic,and technological competition among countries and an increasingly uncertain world,the practical focus of high-level educational openness is to establish an educational exchange and cooperation mechanism that synchronizes with the international scientific and technological frontier to absorb high-quality educational resources from around the world,to assist in the construction of a powerful nation in education,and thereby promote the healthy and sustainable development of global education and the common civilization of humanity.
