超声振动与切削工艺参数耦合关系的有限元分析

摘  要:针对超声振动切削的振幅、频率与切削速度耦合关系问题,采用领航CuttingSim软件对Ti6Al4V钛合金材料横向(即切削速度方向)振动切削过程进行有限元建模和后处理分析,同时采用ABAQUS软件的explicit求解器进行求解。在不同的工艺参数下,比较了横向振动切削过程的振动效果,并采用单一变量法研究了横向超声振动参数与切削参数耦合作用对速度系数、净切削时间比、切削力与切削温度的影响规律。结果表明:在所设定的振动和工艺参数下,可用刀工分离特性来评价横向超声振动效果,即当速度系数介于0~1且在一定范围内比值越小时净切削时间比也越小,横向超声振动效果越好;超声振动加工会降低切削力和切削温度,但其优势会随切削速度的增大而逐渐减弱直至消失;在所列出的各种工况组合下,振幅40μm、频率30 kHz、切削速度120 m/min的工况下振动效果最佳,平均切削力降低63.75%,平均切削温度降低26.74%。The relationship between amplitude,frequency,and cutting speed was analyzed in the context of transverse vibration cutting of Ti6Al4V.Modeling,post-processing,and solution of this process were performed using the Linghang CuttingSim and ABAQUS/Explicit software,respectively.A comparison was made between the vibration effects of the cutting process.The coupling effect of the transverse ultrasonic vibration parameters and cutting process parameters on the velocity coefficient,net cutting time ratio,cutting force,and cutting temperature was investigated using the single variable analysis technique.The findings indicate that the impact of transverse ultrasonic vibration can be assessed by the tool separation characteristics,using the criteria outlined in this research.The effectiveness of transverse ultrasonic vibration is enhanced when the speed coefficient is between 0 and 1,with a decreased net cutting time ratio within a specific range.Ultrasonic vibration reduces the cutting force and cutting temperature.However,its benefits gradually diminish and eventually disappear as the cutting speed increases.The optimal vibration effect is attained under the examined conditions with amplitude of 40μm,a frequency of 30 kHz,and a cutting speed of 120 m/min,which results in an average decrease in cutting force of 63.75%and an average decrease in cutting temperature of 26.74%.
