摘  要:柔性加工中心是一种新兴精密制造系统。为了提高其加工精度,提出一种基于误差分布和特征识别的深度误差溯源方法,对影响工件几何误差的关键组件精确溯源与辨识,为后续精度设计、误差预测及误差补偿提供技术支撑。首先,分析柔性加工中心机械结构,剖析组件几何误差到工件几何误差的传递过程,获取关键误差项的分布信息;其次,使用“误差流”理论建立误差传递数学模型并推导工件误差概率密度函数表达式,建立“组件-工件”之间的误差分布映射关系;最后,根据概率密度函数运算规律,将工件误差分布解耦得出具有显著特征的正态分布曲线,拟合比对组件误差分布,辨识关键误差项。实验结果表明,该方法有效预测了加工误差并辨识出关键误差源,并通过更换组件对工件几何误差做出控制。Flexible machining center(FMC)is a new precision manufacturing system.In order to improve the machining accuracy,a depth error tracing method based on error distribution and feature recognition is proposed to accurately trace and identify the key components that affect the geometrical errors of the workpiece,and provide technical support for the subsequent precision design,error prediction and error compensation.Firstly,the mechanical structure of the flexible machining center is analyzed,the transmission process from the geometrical error of the part to the geometrical error of the workpiece is analyzed,and the distribution information of the key error terms is obtained.Secondly,a mathematical model of error transfer is established using error flow theory,and the expression of error probability density function is derived to establish the error distribution mapping relationship between component and workpiece.Finally,in terms of the probability density function operation law,the workpiece error distribution is decoupled to obtain a normal distribution curve with significant characteristics,and the error distribution of the compared parts is fitted to identify the key error terms.The experimental results show that the present method can effectively predict the machining errors,identify the key error sources,and control the geometrical errors by changing components.
