摘 要:以非导磁金属护套环向应力最小化为目标,护套与永磁体之间压力为正等9个条件为约束,以护套厚度及其与永磁体之间的过盈量为决策变量,采用多维可视化算法进行优化设计,探究永磁体护套厚度及其与永磁体之间过盈量的可行域,并选取出有工程价值的最优域。最后,借助有限元法检验设计方案的可行性。结果表明:多维可视化优化设计能够得到较为直观的护套厚度及其与永磁体之间过盈量的最优域,可为表贴式永磁电机转子护套的优化设计提供理论支持。The design objective is to minimize the circumferential stress in the non-magnetic metal sleeve,nine conditions such as positive pressure between the sleeve and the permanent magnet are constraints,the sleeve thickness and its interference with the permanent magnet are the decision variables,and the multi-dimensional visualization algorithm is used to optimize the design,the feasible domains of sleeve thickness and its interference with the permanent magnet are found,and the optimal domain with engineering value is selected.Finally,the feasibility of the design solution is checked with the help of the finite element analysis.The results show that the multidimensional visualization optimization design can obtain the feasible domain of sleeve thickness and its interference with the permanent magnet more intuitively and theoretical support can be provided for the optimal design of rotor sheathing for surface-mounted permanent magnet motors.
