摘 要:跨坐式单轨车辆的辅助导向装置在车辆通过曲线时的输出力矩与二系悬挂回转力矩相互抵消,有利于减小转向架相对轨道梁的摇头角。该文给出了辅助导向装置的简化模型,推导了简化模型的输出力矩及其导向刚度,并分析了简化模型的误差,最后讨论了油气弹簧的压力特性,提出了基于径向条件的油气弹簧初始预压力简化计算方法。简化模型直观地给出了辅助导向装置输出力矩、导向刚度和油气弹簧初始预压力,可用于指导辅助导向装置的初步设计。The output torque of the steering assistance device and the rotation torque of the secondary suspension are offset each other of the straddle monorail vehicle when the vehicle passes through the curve,which is beneficial to reduce the yaw angle of the bogie relative to the track beam.In this paper,a simplified model of the steering assistance device was given,the output torque and steering stiffness of the simplified model were deduced,and the error of the simplified model was analyzed.Finally,the pressure characteristics of the oil-gas spring were discussed,and a simplified calculation method of the initial preload of the oil-gas spring was proposed based on radial conditions.The simplified model intuitively gives the output torque,steering stiffness and initial preload of the oil-gas spring of the steering assistance device,which can be used to guide the preliminary design of the steering assistance device.
