摘  要:某款汽油发动机在台架进行循环负荷耐久试验结束后,发现曲轴后油封主唇口与副唇口之间的区域,有粉末状或膏状的黑色沉积物附着在表面。这些黑色沉积物可能堵塞回油线,导致油封失效。通过成分分析发现这些黑色沉积物的主要成分为烷烃油,含有少量橡胶粉末。故判定黑色沉积物主要来源于机油。经过分析,油封唇口径向力过大,会导致唇口温度过高、磨损,易产生此类黑色沉积物。After the cycle load endurance test of an engine on the bench,it was found that there were powdered or paste black deposits attached to the surface between the main and auxiliary lip of the crankshaft rear oil seal.These black deposits may clog the oil return line and cause the oil seal to fail.Through the analysis of the composition of these black deposits found that the main components is alkane oil,containing a small amount of rubber powder.Therefore,it is determined that the black deposits are mainly from engine oil.If the oil seal lip diameter force is too large,it will lead to the lip temperature higher and more wear,easy to produce such black sediment.
