摘  要:曲轴作为柴油机典型运动件结构代表之一,在制造周期、加工精度、性能表现等方面一直是困扰制造企业的巨大难题,尤其面向多品种、小批量生产模式的制造企业,相对于大批量、品种单一的生产企业,在质量一致性控制、成本控制等方面相差较大。为提高曲轴关键运动副表面的耐磨性和使用寿命,目前较为广泛的表面热处理主要有气体氮化、中频感应淬火等方法,但由于曲轴结构复杂,轴颈疲劳危险区域较为敏感,热处理过程中存在变形难以控制、疲劳危险区域断裂、硬度阶梯一致性差等问题。本文针对曲轴热处理技术开展了初步的机理研究和制定了设计、工艺两种方案,以支撑曲轴热处理技术发展。crankshaft as one of the typical structure of diesel structure,in the manufacturing cycle,processing accuracy,performance has been a huge problem of manufacturing enterprises,especially for many varieties,small batch production mode of manufacturing enterprises,relative to the large quantities,varieties of single production enterprises,the quality consistency control,cost control,etc.In order to improve the key movement of crankshaft surface wear resistance and service life,the extensive surface heat treatment mainly gas nitride,intermediate frequency induction quenching method,but due to the complex crankshaft structure,neck fatigue risk area is sensitive,existing in the heat treatment process of deformation is difficult to control,fatigue risk area fracture,hardness ladder consistency difference.This paper carries out a preliminary mechanism research and makes two design and process schemes to support the development of crankshaft heat treatment technology.
