摘　　要：本文针对某型柴油机在使用过程中2个气缸发生排气漏烟问题,通过对柴油机故障现象、相关零件的拆检和检测分析,确定了故障原因是缸垫安装操作不规范,使得缸盖压紧后,缸垫受力不均,在安装后无法保证缸垫密封带压紧状态的一致性和平面度,经过高温、高压气体长时间冲击后,压紧密封带偏移和受力不均处的圆弧过渡面往复折弯,出现疲劳损伤,局部开裂,进而延伸扩大,甚至缸垫吹出,导致气缸漏气故障的发生。The failure of smoke leakage in two cylinders of a certain diesel engine during use is discussed.Through the analysis of diesel engine failure,the disassembly and inspection of related parts,it is determined that non-standard installation and operation of cylinder gasket causes this failure.The consistency and flatness of the compression state of the cylinder gasket seal can not be guaranteed.So the fatigue damage of gasket occurs and extends after long-term impact of high temperature and high pressure gas,Which finally leads to smoke leakage of cylinder.
