摘 要:基于四连杆机构原理建立新能源叉车平移式侧门机构的力学模型,针对侧门的开启和关闭过程进行力学分析。基于Matlab初选四连杆机构及气弹簧参数进行仿真,分析得到初选参数下的开启力、关闭力与气弹簧长度曲线。结果表明初定参数的侧门关闭力值较大易造成关闭困难。对气弹簧力矩的相关参数进行了仿真优化研究,得到了侧门开闭过程的力学特性,结果表明:优化机构能有效降低34.7%的关闭力,大幅提高侧门开关的舒适度,证明了机构参数优化的合理性与有效性。The mechanical model of the side door of the new energy truck is established based on the working principle of the four-bar linkage,and mechanical analysis was carried out on the opening and closing process of the side doo.The four-link mechanism and gas spring parameters were analyzed by Matlab simulation to obtain the opening force,closing force and gas spring length curves under the primary parameters.The results show that the opening and closing of the side door is difficult due to the large closing force value of the initial parameters.The relevant parameters of gas spring torque are simulated and optimized,and the mechanical characteristics of the opening and closing process of the side door are obtained.The results show that the optimized mechanism can effectively reduce the closing force by 34.7%,greatly improve the comfort of side door closing,and prove the rationality and effectiveness of the mechanism parameter optimization.
