摘 要:曲轴是内燃机中最重要的部件。它承受连杆的冲击力,同时还要承受弯曲扭转载荷的作用,曲轴裂纹常发生在曲臂与连杆颈及曲臂与主轴颈的接合处。使用超声波无损探伤能够提前检测出曲轴在调质前后的微观缺陷,避免在装机后扩展成裂纹导致曲轴开裂,消除质量和安全隐患。为制定适合大型曲轴原材料订购和锻件超声波的技术要求,经过资料收集与整理,分析各行业标准及国外标准或船级社要求,制定了该型号曲轴超声波探伤的技术要求。The crankshaft is the most important component in internal combustion engines.It bears the impact force of the connecting rod,as well as the bending and torsional load.crankshaft cracks often occur at the joint between the crank arm and the connecting rod journal,as well as between the crank arm and the main journal.The use of ultrasonic non-destructive testing can detect the micro defects of the crankshaft before and after quenching and tempering in advance,avoid expanding into cracks after installation,and eliminate quality and safety hazards.In order to develop technical requirements suitable for the ordering of large crankshaft raw materials and ultrasonic testing of forgings in our company,after collecting and organizing data,analyzing various industry standards and foreign standards or classification society requirements,the technical requirements for ultrasonic testing of this type of crankshaft have been formulated.
