摘 要:基于SolidWorks平台建立主轴箱三维模型,关联ANSYS Workbench,静动态分析主轴箱运行状态,明确不足之处,以主轴箱轻量化为目的,进行参数相关性分析,优化影响主轴箱质量的关键参数,检验优化方案的可行性,评价优化方案对主轴箱轻量化目标的实现效果。结果表明:经过优化的主轴箱质量减轻9.77%,静动态性能提升,优化方案具有可行性,能够提升主轴箱综合性能。本文研究为深孔钻床主轴箱性能分析及优化提供技术指导,发挥主轴箱性能优势,提供工业生产水平。Based on the SolidWorks platform,a three-dimensional model of the spindle box is established,and ANSYS Workbench is associated to analyze the static and dynamic operation status of the spindle box,clarify the shortcomings,and conduct parameter correlation analysis with the purpose of lightweighting the spindle box.The key parameters affecting the quality of the spindle box are optimized,and the feasibility of the optimization plan is verified.The effectiveness of the optimization plan in achieving the lightweighting goal of the spindle box is evaluated.The results show that the optimized spindle box reduces weight by 9.77%,improves static and dynamic performance,and the optimization scheme is feasible,which can enhance the comprehensive performance of the spindle box.This article provides technical guidance for the performance analysis and optimization of the spindle box of deep hole drilling machines,leveraging the advantages of spindle box performance and providing industrial production level.
