摘  要:在轴向碰撞中,传统单管结构存在设计空间有限的问题,而多胞管通过增加内部复杂结构设计提供了更高的能量吸收性能。为提高汽车吸能盒耐撞性,基于四胞吸能盒,受深海玻璃海绵骨架晶格启发,设计了FCS和MFCS两种仿生多胞吸能盒。采用数值仿真与理论分析,建立多胞吸能盒有限元模型,通过有限元模拟,对比分析了三种多胞吸能盒的耐撞性能。结果表明,仿海绵多胞吸能盒的耐撞性能有显著提升,特别是MFCS结构在能量吸收和抗撞性方面表现出最佳的综合性能;适当增加壁厚有助于提高三种多胞吸能盒的耐撞性能,仿海绵多胞吸能盒吸能特性和耐撞性评价指标提升较为明显。仿海绵设计可以有效提升吸能盒耐撞性能。In axial collision,the traditional single-tube structure has the problem of limited design space,while the multi-cell tube provides higher energy absorption performance by increasing the internal complex structure design.In order to improve the crantability of the automotive energy absorption box,based on the four-cell energy absorption box,inspired by the skeleton lattice of deep-sea glass sponge,two kinds of bionic multi-cell energy absorption boxes,FCS and MFCS,are designed.Numerical simulation and theoretical analysis were used to establish the finite element model of the multicellular energy absorption box.The crashworthiness of three kinds of multicellular energy absorption box was compared and analyzed.The results show that the crashworthiness of the spongy polycytial energy absorption box is improved significantly,especially the MFCS structure shows the best comprehensive performance in terms of energy absorption and crashworthiness.Appropriately increasing the wall thickness is helpful to improve the crashworthiness of the three kinds of multi-cellular energy boxes,and the energy absorption characteristics and crashworthiness evaluation indexes of the sponge-like multi-cellular energy boxes are significantly improved.The imitated sponge design can effectively improve the crashworthiness of the energy absorbing box.
