摘　　要：文章深入探讨了大型养路机械车轴齿轮箱装配过程质量控制与风险评估方法,目的在于提升齿轮箱的传动效率与使用寿命,通过分析齿轮箱结构与工作原理,进一步确认了装配过程控制的关键作用。采用理论与实际相结合的方式,详细讲述了严格把控装配过程控制必要性以及可能影响装配精度的主要因素。研究发现对齿轮箱装配进行过程质量控制,能够显著降低产品的应用风险。In order to improve the transmission efficiency and service life of the gear box,the quality control and risk assessment of the assembly process of the axle gear box of the large-scale road maintenance machine are discussed in this paper.Combining theory with practice,the necessity of controlling assembly process strictly and the main factors that may affect assembly precision are described in detail.It is found that the process quality control of gearbox assembly can significantly reduce the product application risk.
