摘 要:设计一种用于立式钻床,方便对孔系(三及三倍等分孔系)定位及钻削加工,且能根据孔系分布的圆周尺寸调整钻削位置的三轴钻工艺装备。在确定该工艺装备适用的机床参数的基础上,通过对比分析确定了其总体方案,对传动系统进行设计并校核了主要零件,同时利用SolidWorks软件辅助设计了工艺装备的箱体结构、连接结构及圆周钻孔零件,建立模型并进行模拟装配,验证了设计结构的合理性。设计结果表明,这种三轴钻工艺装备可在原立式钻床的基础上快速安装、调整和加工圆周孔系,可节约时间成本、降低工人劳动强度,提升钻削加工效率。Designs a three-axis drilling process equipment for vertical drilling machine to facilitate the positioning and drilling of the hole system(three and triple equal hole system),and can adjust the drilling position according to the circumferential size of the hole system distribution.On the basis of determining the applicable machine tool parameters of the process equipment,the overall scheme was determined through comparative analysis,the transmission system was designed and the main parts were checked,and the box structure,connection structure and circumferential drilling parts of the process equipment were designed by using SolidWorks software,and the model was established and simulated assembly was carried out to verify the rationality of the design structure.The design results show that this kind of three-axis drilling process equipment can quickly install,adjust and process the circumferential hole system on the basis of the original vertical drilling machine,which can save time cost,reduce labor intensity of workers,and improve drilling processing efficiency.
