摘  要:为保证汽车稳定行驶,解决汽车加速无力的问题,以电子节气门控制系统为研究对象,提出开发一套汽车电子节气门故障诊断系统的观点,通过采集电子节气门控制系统的相关数据,与标准数据进行对比,可以及时发现电子节气门控制系统存在的故障,为针对性采取维修策略提供依据。该系统具备自动化故障诊断与处理等功能,在系统上电后即进入诊断阶段,对采集的数据进行处理分析,准确识别故障,决策控制APPS故障灯、TPS故障灯等发出预警,不仅能准确诊断故障,还能提高诊断效率,在最短时间内消除电子节气门控制系统故障造成的不良影响。In order to ensure stable driving of automobiles and solve the problem of weak acceleration,the electronic throttle control system is taken as the research object,and the viewpoint of developing a set of electronic throttle fault diagnosis system for automobiles is proposed.By collecting relevant data of the electronic throttle control system and comparing it with standard data,faults in the electronic throttle control system can be detected in a timely manner,providing a basis for targeted maintenance strategies.The system has functions such as automated fault diagnosis and processing.After the system is powered on,it enters the diagnostic stage,processes and analyzes the collected data,accurately identifies faults,and makes decisions to control the APPS fault light,TPS fault light,etc.to issue warnings.Not only can it accurately diagnose faults,but it can also improve diagnostic efficiency and eliminate the adverse effects caused by electronic throttle control system faults in the shortest possible time.
