摘　　要：内燃机车在启动和加载提速的过程中普遍存在冒黑烟的现象,通过分析冒黑烟的根本原因,在柴油机工况正常的情况下,从燃油供给系统和进排气系统两方面采取措施,设计制作了一种防止柴油机启动冒黑烟的装置和一种减少铁路内燃机车冒黑烟的装置,以弥补柴油机联合调速器启动过程中油量不能精准控制和废气涡轮增压器滞后效应的不足,达到减少内燃机车启动和加载过程中的冒黑烟现象的目的,经过运用试验效果良好。Black smoke is a common phenomenon in the starting and acceleration process of diesel locomotives.By analyzing the root cause of black smoke,measures were taken from both the fuel supply system and the intake and exhaust system under normal diesel engine operating conditions.A device was designed and manufactured to prevent black smoke from starting diesel engines and a device to reduce black smoke from railway diesel locomotives,in order to compensate for the lack of precise control of oil volume and the lag effect of exhaust gas turbochargers during the start-up process of diesel engines combined with speed controllers.The goal was to improve the black smoke phenomenon during the starting and loading process of diesel locomotives.After practical testing,the effect was good.
