摘  要:高精度孔类零件在当今时代的应用范围广泛,涉及航空航天、汽车制造、光学仪器、医疗器械等多个领域。其加工精度和稳定性对产品的性能和使用寿命具有重要影响。随着科技的不断进步和制造业的发展,高精度孔类零件的应用将越来越广泛,对加工技术的要求也越来越高。本文深入探讨了数控铣加工高精度孔类零件的方法,从刀具选择、加工编程与技巧、加工过程控制等方面进行了分析,旨在为提高孔类零件的加工精度和效率提供理论依据和实践指导。High precision hole components have a wide range of applications in today's era,involving multiple fields such as aerospace,automotive manufacturing,optical instruments,medical devices,etc.The machining accuracy and stability have a significant impact on the performance and service life of the product.With the continuous progress of technology and the development of manufacturing industry,the application of high-precision hole parts will be increasingly widespread,and the requirements for machining technology will also be higher.This article delves into the method of CNC milling high-precision hole parts,analyzing tool selection,machining programming and skills,and machining process control,aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the machining accuracy and efficiency of hole parts.
