摘 要:随着工业4.0发展与“中国制造2025”地不断推进,当前中国已逐步进入智能制造时代。智能制造技术影响众多领域,其中对机械设计制造领域的影响尤为突出。智能制造助推计算机信息技术与制造产业的深度融合,使机械设计阶段更加前瞻化,机械制造阶段更加流程化、自动化,大幅度提高了生产效率。基于此,首先阐明智能制造技术在机械设计及制造领域中的具体应用,其次介绍智能制造用到的关键信息技术,最后简要分析其远期在机械设计制造领域中的发展潜能。With the development of Industry 4.0 and the continuous promotion of"Made in China 2025",China has gradually entered the era of intelligent manufacturing.Intelligent manufacturing technology has had a significant impact on many fields,particularly in the field of mechanical design and manufacturing.Intelligent manufacturing promotes the deep integration of computer information technology and manufacturing industry,making the mechanical design stage more forward-looking and the mechanical manufacturing stage more streamlined and automated,greatly improving production efficiency.Based on this,first clarify the specific application of intelligent manufacturing technology in the field of mechanical design and manufacturing,then introduce the key information technologies used in intelligent manufacturing,and finally briefly analyze its long-term development potential in the field of mechanical design and manufacturing.
