摘 要:为了探究水稻恢复系R382系列杂交组合的抗倒伏性,本研究比较了R382、华占分别与5个不育系配组的系列组合的茎秆形态特征、抗倒伏相关指标及产量性状。结果表明,大部分情况下,利用同一母本的R382所配组合与华占所配组合相比,其基部N1、N2节间包含叶鞘的外径显著增大,茎壁更厚、抗折力更强、弯曲力矩显著增大。除了以卓234S为母本的组合性状无显著差异外,其余4个母本与R382配组时,其N1节间倒伏指数比华占对应组合下降16.8%~33.8%,表明R382系列组合的基部茎秆抗倒伏性强于华占系列组合。相关性分析结果表明,倒伏指数主要受株高和茎秆基部节间抗折力影响。芯香S/R382与芯香S/华占、棠918S/R382与棠918S/华占产量相当;展998S/R382单株产量比展998S/华占增加16.8%。研究表明,R382配制的系列组合具有优秀的基部茎秆抗倒伏性,特别是展998S/R382具有抗倒和高产的双重优势。In order to investigate the lodging resistance of rice(Oryza sativa L.)restorer line R382,this study compared the stem morphological characteristics,lodging resistance and yield traits of R382,Huazan and 5 sterile lines,respectively.The results showed that in most cases,compared with Huazhan combination,R382 combined with the same parent,the outer diameter of the base N1 and N2 nodes containing leaf sheath significantly increased,the stem wall was thicker,the bending force was stronger,and the bending moment was significantly larger.Except for the combination with Zhuo234S as the maternal parent,the N1 internode lodging index decreased by 16.8%to 33.8%when the other 4 maternal parents were paired with R382,indicating that the basal stalk lodging resistance of the R382 series combination was stronger than that of the Huazhan series combination.The results of correlation analysis showed that the lodging index of the tested materials in this study was mainly affected by plant height and internode folding resistance of stem base.The output of Xinxiang S/R382 was the same as that of Xinxiang S/Huazhan,Tang918S/R382 was the same as that of Tang918S/Huazhan,The yield per plant of Zhan998S/R382 was 16.8%higher than that of Zhan998S/Huazhan.The series combination formulated with R382 had excellent basal stalk lodging resistance,especially Zhan998S/R382 had the dual advantages of fall resistance and high yield.
