摘  要:为了研究石墨烯对梭梭人工林盐旱环境下一年生草本植物种子萌发的影响,本研究以河西走廊荒漠绿洲过渡带梭梭人工林下5种典型一年生草本植物(3种藜科植物雾冰藜、白茎盐生草、沙米和2种禾本科植物狗尾草、虎尾草)为研究对象,分析施用不同浓度石墨烯对盐胁迫、干旱胁迫及盐旱复合胁迫下一年生草本植物种子萌发的影响。结果表明,盐胁迫处理下,施用10 mg/L和20 mg/L石墨烯对白茎盐生草、虎尾草种子萌发效果最佳,施用20 mg/L和30 mg/L石墨烯对雾冰藜、沙米、狗尾草种子萌发效果最佳;干旱胁迫处理下,施用20 mg/L和30 mg/L石墨烯能够基本上缓解干旱胁迫对5种一年生草本植物的影响;盐旱复合胁迫处理下,施用10 mg/L和20 mg/L石墨烯对雾冰藜、白茎盐生草、沙米种子萌发效果最佳;归一化结果分析表明,石墨烯对盐胁迫和盐旱复合胁迫下禾本科一年生草本植物虎尾草种子萌发效果最好,对干旱胁迫下藜科一年生草本植物白茎盐生草种子萌发效果最好。研究表明,施用20 mg/L石墨烯处理效果最佳,整体上有利于促进盐旱环境下一年生草本植物的种子萌发。In order to study the effect of graphene on seed germination of annual herbaceous plants in salt-drought environment of Haloxylon ammodendron plantation,this study took 5 typical annual herbaceous plants(3 species of chenopodium,Grubovia dasyphylla,Halogeton arachnoideus,Agriophyllum squarrosum and 2 species of gramineous plants,Setaria viridis and Chloris virgata)under Haloxylon ammodendron plantation in desert oasis transitional zone of Hexi Corridor as research subjects,and the effects of different concentrations of graphene on seed germination of annual herbaceous plants under salt stress,drought stress and combined salt and drought stress.The results showed that for salt stress treatment,the application of 10 mg/L and 20 mg/L graphene had the best effect on seed germination of Halogeton arachnoideus and Chloris virgata,and the application of 20 mg/L and 30 mg/L graphene had the best effect on seed germination of Grubovia dasyphylla,Agriophyllum squarrosum and Setaria viridis.For drought stress treatment,20 mg/L and 30 mg/L graphene could basically alleviate the effects of drought stress on 5 annual herbs.For the combined salt and drought stress treatment,10 mg/L and 20 mg/L graphene had the best effect on the seed germination of Grubovia dasyphylla,Halogeton arachnoideus and Agriophyllum squarrosum.The results of normalization analysis showed that graphene had the best seed germination effect on the annual grasses of the gramineae family under salt stress and combined salt and drought stress,and the best seed germination effect on the annual grasses of the chenopodium family under drought stress.In summary,the application of 20 mg/L graphene had the best effect,and was generally conducive to promoting seed germination of annual herbs under salt and drought environment.
