摘 要:为探究澳洲坚果果实内含物的多样性,本研究以71份澳洲坚果特异种质为材料,对种质果实的8种内含物进行遗传变异分析、相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明,澳洲坚果种质果实内含物性状变异较为丰富,其中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖等变异系数较高,分别为53.25%、37.39%和35.47%;蔗糖与葡萄糖、粗脂肪与果糖含量呈显著负相关,其余内含物间相关性不显著。主成分分析提取前4个主成分,最大累积贡献率为64.591%。聚类分析将71份澳洲坚果种质果实含量分为七大类。对澳洲坚果种质内含物之间的差异和多样性进行深入分析,可为澳洲坚果育种工作提供基础数据支撑,从而促进澳洲坚果行业的持续发展和进步。In order to explore the diversity of Macadamia ternifolia fruit inclusions,71 Macadamia ternifolia specific germplasms were used as materials.Genetic variation analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were performed for 8 inclusions from the germplasm.The results showed that the fruit inclusions of Macadamia ternifolia germplasms had abundant variation,and the variation coefficients of fructose,glucose and sucrose were higher,which were 53.25%,37.39%and 35.47%,respectively.There was significant negative correlation between sucrose and glucose,crude fat and fructose,but no significant correlation between other inclusions.Principal component analysis extracted the first 4 principal components,and the maximum cumulative contribution rate was 64.591%.The fruit contents of 71 Macadamia ternifolia germplasms were divided into seven categories by cluster analysis.Deeply analysis on difference and diversity between Macadamia ternifolia germplasm inclusions was conducted,which provided basic data support for Macadamia ternifolia breeding to promoting the sustainable development and improvement of its industry.
