摘  要:采用盆栽和水培试验,以硼高效品系YAUHBE01(YA)和硼低效品种玉油9号(YY)为材料,探究油菜幼苗对低硼胁迫的生理生化响应。结果表明,在盆栽中,低硼胁迫会导致YY叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量显著下降,丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著上升,但YA仅CAT活性显著上升,其余无显著变化;在水培中,YA在正常硼、低硼处理和YY在正常硼处理下,24 h与0 h相比叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量显著上升,MDA含量、CAT、POD、SOD活性显著下降;YY在低硼处理下,24 h与0 h相比仅SOD活性显著下降,其余无显著变化。研究表明,YA比YY更耐低硼胁迫,且硼能促进油菜对水胁迫的耐受性。The physiological and biochemical responses of Brassica napus L.seedlings to low boron stress were studied by pot and hydroponic experiments using boron efficient strain YAUHBE01(YA)and boron inefficient variety Yuyou No.9(YY)as materials.The results showed that low boron stress significantly decreased the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and soluble protein in YY,and significantly increased the contents of MDA,CAT,POD and SOD,while only the activity of CAT increased significantly in YA,and the others had no significant changes.In hydroponics,the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and soluble protein of YA under normal and low boron treatment and YY under normal boron treatment increased significantly at 24 hours compared with 0 hours,while the contents of MDA,CAT,POD and SOD activities decreased significantly.SOD activity of YY decreased significantly for 24 hours compared with 0 hours under low boron treatment,and no significant changes was observed in the rest.The results showed that YA was more resistant to low boron stress than YY,and boron could promote the tolerance of Brassica napus L.to water stress.
