摘 要:以80份南瓜种质资源为研究对象,采用聚类分析和相关性分析等方法,对南瓜种子及幼苗的表型性状进行分析比较,以探究南瓜种子及幼苗表型性状及变异程度,分析南瓜种质资源的遗传多样性。结果表明,80份南瓜种质资源种子的厚度、长度、宽度、千粒重和幼苗的子叶长度、子叶宽度的变异系数差异较大,性状之间差异显著,数量性状变异类型比较丰富。本研究为了明确不同组群资源之间的遗传差异,将80份南瓜种质资源划分为5个组群。The phenotypic traits of 80 Cucurbita moschata germplasm resources were analyzed and compared by cluster analysis and correlation analysis,so as to explore the phenotypic traits and variation degree of Cucurbita moschata seeds and seedlings,and analyze the genetic diversity of Cucurbita moschata germplasm resources.The results showed that the variation coefficients of seed thickness,length,width,1000-grain weight and seedling cotyledon length and cotyledon width of 80 Cucurbita moschata germplasm resources were significantly different,and the variation types of quantitative traits were abundant.In order to identify the genetic differences among different group resources,80 Cucurbita moschata germplasm resources were divided into 5 groups.
