摘  要:以甘肃省2021年审定的94个玉米品种为材料,构建DNA指纹图谱并分析其遗传多样性。结果表明,40对SSR标记检测到等位基因数473个,平均值为11.8250个;期望杂合度平均值为0.7243;Nei's基因多样性指数和Shannon-Wiener指数的平均值分别为0.7205和1.6728,94个玉米品种遗传多样性整体较之前有所提高。品种间的差异位点数均大于等于2个。早熟组和中晚熟组遗传距离最近,鲜食玉米在遗传上与其他玉米品种有明显的差异。研究表明,甘肃省2021年审定的玉米品种在其类型和杂优模式上都比较广泛,鲜食组表现出种质特异性。Using 94 maize(Zea mays L.)varieties approved in Gansu Province in 2021 as materials,DNA fingerprinting was constructed and their genetic diversity was analyzed.The results showed that 40 pairs of SSR markers detected 473 alleles,with an average of 11.8250.The average expected heterozygosity was 0.7243.The mean values of Nei's gene diversity index and ShannonWiener index were 0.7205 and 1.6728,respectively.The genetic diversity of 94 maize varieties was higher than before.There were more than 2 difference points among varieties.The genetic distance between the early maturing group and the middle and late maturing group was the closest,and the genetic difference between fresh maize and other maize varieties was obvious.The results showed that the maize varieties approved in 2021 in Gansu Province were extensive in both types and hybrid patterns,and the fresh food group showed germplasm specificity.
