摘 要:为研究湖南省玉米地方品种不同组配模式对后代的影响,筛选适合湖南玉米地方品种的杂交组配方法,本试验选取7份不同遗传背景的玉米自交系与12份湖南省玉米地方品种开展不完全双列杂交,组配84个杂交组合。结合亲本和杂交组合的农艺性状,分析亲本一般配合力(GCA)和杂交组合特殊配合力(SCA)。结果表明,B73、Mo17和丹340的杂交后代综合表现普遍较为优良;湖南玉米地方种质表型性状聚类结果中的第Ⅲ类群的GCA较高,以B73、Mo17和丹340类似遗传背景的材料与该类群中的品种进行杂交是较为高效的组配方式;DZ23×B73、DZ23×Mo17、DZ23×丹340、DZ44×齐319、DZ94×Mo17、DZ94×丹340和DZ94×齐319等组合产量SCA较高,可做进一步的育种研究。农艺性状的表型聚类结果与GCA聚类结果较为一致,可以作为材料筛选与杂交组配的重要参考。In order to study the effects of different combinations of maize(Zea mays L.)landraces in Hu'nan Province on offspring,and to screen the hybrid formula suitable for maize landraces in Hu'nan Province,7 maize inbred lines with different genetic backgrounds were selected to carry out incomplete diallel crossing with 12 maize landraces in Hu'nan Province,and 84 hybrid combinations were matched.According to agronomic characters of parent and hybrid combination,the parent GCA and hybrid combination SCA were analyzed.The results showed that the hybrid offspring of B73,Mo17 and Dan340 generally had better comprehensive performance.The GCA of GroupⅢwas higher in the results of genotypic traits clustering of maize in Hu'nan Province,and it was a more efficient way to cross the varieties with similar genetic background of B73,Mo17 and Dan340.DZ23×B73,DZ23×Mo17,DZ23×Dan340,DZ44×Qi319,DZ94×Mo17,DZ94×Dan340 and DZ94×Qi319 had higher SCA yield and could be used for further breeding research.The results of phenotypic clustering of agronomic traits were consistent with those of GCA,which could be used as an important reference for material screening and hybridization.
