摘 要:为探究植物生长调节剂对不同色选精度和磁选强度下加工棉种种子活力的影响,本试验选用不同色选精度和磁选强度下加工的棉籽,设置不同浓度的萘乙酸(NAA)、缩节胺(DPC)、复硝酚钠(CSN)和赤霉素(GA_(3))进行浸种处理,分析植物生长调节剂对加工棉籽的活力和幼苗叶片抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,适宜浓度的NAA、DPC、CSN和GA_(3)都能一定程度提高色选或磁选加工后棉种的活力。2 mg/L CSN和10 mg/L GA_(3)处理,显著提高种子的发芽指数和活力指数;3 mg/L CSN和30 mg/L GA_(3)浸种处理,对种子的发芽能力产生一定的抑制作用,并且导致幼苗的SOD和CAT活性降低;使用20 mg/L NAA和20 mg/L DPC浸种,对低色选精度和磁选强度下加工的棉籽活力和幼苗的抗氧化酶活性提升最佳。研究表明,利用适宜的植物生长调节剂,对不同等级下的色选或磁选获得的加工棉种进行处理,可有效提高加工棉种的活力。In order to investigate the effects of plant growth regulators on seed vigor of Gossypium hirsutum processed under different color separation accuracy and magnetic separation intensity,Gossypium hirsutum seeds processed under different color separation accuracy and magnetic separation intensity were selected and soaked with different concentrations of naphthalene acetic acid(NAA),nitrylamine(DPC),sodium nitrophenate(CSN)and gibberellin(GA_(3)),and the effects of plant growth regulators on the seed vigor of processed Gossypium hirsutum,activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT)and content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in Gossypium hirsutum seedling leaves were analysed.The results showed that suitable concentrations of NAA,DPC,CSN and GA_(3) could improve the viability of Gossypium hirsutum seeds after color or magnetic separation to some extent.Treatment with 2 mg/L CSN and 10 mg/L GA_(3) significantly increased germination index and vitality index of seeds.Soaking the seeds with 3 mg/L CSN and 30 mg/L GA_(3) inhibited the germination ability of the seeds to some extent,and reduced the SOD and CAT activities of the seedlings.The seeds soaked with 20 mg/L NAA and 20 mg/L DPC had the best effects on the seed activity and antioxidant oxidase activity of Gossypium hirsutum seeds processed under low color sorting precision and magnetic sorting intensity.The study showed that the activity of processed Gossypium hirsutum seeds could be improved effectively by using suitable plant growth regulator to treat the processed Gossypium hirsutum seeds obtained by different grades of color or magnetic separation.
