摘　　要：本研究以大粒咖啡种子为试材,采用不同浓度GA_(3)、6-BA、IAA和2,4-D浸种24 h,通过测定浸种后的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、株高、茎粗、鲜重、SOD、POD、CAT、MDA及叶绿素含量等指标,探讨不同植物生长调节剂对大粒咖啡种子萌发、幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明,25 mg/L GA_(3)浸种处理对大粒咖啡幼苗鲜重的促进作用最佳;50 mg/L GA_(3)处理能显著缩短种子的发芽持续时间;75 mg/L GA_(3)处理能有效减少发芽启动时间并促进幼苗主根生长;25 mg/L 6-BA处理对叶长和叶宽的促进效果最优,且能显著提高SOD活性及抑制MDA产生;25 mg/L IAA处理对幼苗株高的促进作用最大;25 mg/L 2,4-D处理能显著提高大粒咖啡的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、出苗率、茎粗及POD活性。综合比较认为,25 mg/L 2,4-D处理对大粒咖啡的种子萌发及幼苗生长的促进效果最理想。In this study,the seeds of Coffea liberica were soaked with different concentrations of GA_(3),6-BA,IAA and 2,4-D for 24 hours,and the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,plant height,stem diameter,fresh weight,SOD,POD,CAT,MDA and chlorophyll content were determined.The effects of different plant growth regulators on seed germination,seedling growth and physiological characteristics of large coffee were studied.The results showed that 25 mg/L GA_(3) had the best effect on the fresh weight of Coffea liberica seedlings.50 mg/L GA_(3) could significantly shorten the germination duration of the seeds.75 mg/L GA_(3) could effectively reduce germination start-up time and promote taproot growth of seedlings.25 mg/L 6-BA had the best effect on leaf length and width,and significantly increased SOD activity and inhibited MDA production.The effect of 25 mg/L IAA on seedling height was the highest.25 mg/L 2,4-D could significantly improve the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vitality index,emergence rate,stem diameter and POD activity of Coffea liberica.Overall comparison showed that 25 mg/L 2,4-D had the best effect on seed germination and seedling growth of Coffea liberica.
