摘 要:为探究5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)对NaCl及PEG-6000胁迫下藜麦种子萌发的缓解效应,本研究以静藜1号为试验材料,首先筛选最佳NaCl及PEG-6000胁迫浓度,之后测定不同浓度ALA处理后对照和胁迫(最佳筛选浓度)下藜麦种子的萌发指标,筛选最佳ALA处理浓度。结果表明,当NaCl浓度为300 mmol/L,PEG-6000为25%时,藜麦种子各项萌发指标变化明显,因此被选为最佳胁迫筛选浓度。在300 mmol/L NaCl胁迫处理下,40 mmol/L ALA处理对藜麦种子萌发的缓解效果最佳;在25%PEG-6000胁迫下,40 mmol/L和50 mmol/L ALA处理均能显著缓解胁迫对种子萌发的影响,且二者缓解效果差异不显著。因此,将40 mmol/L作为外源ALA处理的最适浓度来促进藜麦种子在盐碱地、旱地的萌发。In order to investigate the alleviating effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA)on seed germination of Chenopodium quinoa under NaCl and PEG-6000 stress,Jingli No.1 was selected as the test material,and the optimal NaCl and PEG-6000 stress concentrations were first screened.Then,the germination indexes of Chenopodium quinoa seeds treated with different concentrations of ALA were determined under control and stress(optimal screening concentration),and the optimal concentration of ALA was selected.The results showed that when NaCl concentration was 300 mmol/L and PEG-6000 was 25%,the germination indexes of Chenopodium quinoa seeds changed significantly,so it was selected as the best stress screening concentration.Under 300 mmol/L NaCl stress,40 mmol/L ALA treatment had the best effect on seed germination.Under 25%PEG-6000 stress,both 40 mmol/L and 50 mmol/L ALA treatments could significantly alleviate the effects of stress on seed germination,and there was no significant difference in mitigation effect between them.Therefore,40 mmol/L was taken as the optimal concentration for exogenous ALA treatment to promote germination of Chenopodium quinoa seeds in saline-alkali land and dry land,and to provide reference for enhancing salt and drought tolerance of Chenopodium quinoa seeds.
