摘 要:为进一步了解国审大豆新品种濮豆820的品种价值和生产利用前景,本研究概述了濮豆820的选育系谱和特征特性,根据2018—2019年国家黄淮海夏大豆品种试验结果,分析评价了濮豆820的丰产性、稳产性和适应性,用38个SSR标记对参加2019年国家区域试验的273份大豆品种(系)进行纯合度分析检测。结果表明,濮豆820丰产性、稳产性和适应性均优于对照品种中黄13,但没有达到高油高蛋白标准。此外,濮豆820所在2019年国家区域试验黄淮海夏大豆区(南片A组)参试品种(系)的平均纯合度为98.5%,其中濮豆820的纯合度为100%。说明濮豆820是一个丰产性好、稳定性高、适应性广且纯合度高的优良大豆新品种,具有很高的推广价值和广阔的应用前景。In order to further understand the variety value and production and utilization prospects of the national new Glycine max variety Pudou820,the breeding pedigrees and characteristics of Pudou820 were analyzed and evaluated according to the results of the national Huang-Huai-Hai summer Glycine max variety test from 2018 to 2019.38 SSR markings were used to evaluate the high yield,stable yield and adaptability of Pudou820.The homozygosity analysis was performed on 273 Glycine max varieties(lines)participating in the 2019 national regional trial.The results showed that the high yield,stable yield and adaptability of Pudou820 were better than the control variety Zhonghuang13,but it did not meet the high oil and high protein standard.In addition,the average homozygosity of the varieties(lines)tested in the Huang-Huai-Hai summer Glycine max area(Group A of Southern Area)of the 2019 National regional test was 98.5%,among which the homozygosity of Pudou820 was 100%.The results indicated that Pudo 820 was an excellent new Glycine max variety with good yield,high stability,wide adaptability and high homozygosity,which had high popularization value and broad application prospect.
