摘 要:针对目前表面温度计存在测量准确度低及难以应用于封闭环境的局限性,设计了一种无线接触式表面温度装置。方案采用热敏电阻作为感温元件,将其内置于导热金属内部,且外部包裹绝缘层,最外层使用启动吸盘和钟罩模式用于固定传感器在被测表面的位置,同时可以通过调节钟罩减少传感器与被测表面的热阻。通过Zigbee无线传输将温度信号传输到上位机实时显示。此装置在10~90℃的温度范围内,其测量温差优于±0.2℃,测量不确定度为0.2℃(k=2)。A wireless contact surface thermometer has been designed to address the issues of low measurement accuracy,inability to use in enclosed environments,and limitations of current surface thermometers.The solution uses a thermistor as the temperature sensing element,which is embedded inside a heat-conducting metal and wrapped with an insulation layer.The outermost layer uses a starting suction cup and bell jar mode to fix the position of the sensor on the measured surface.At the same time,the thermal resistance between the sensor and the measured surface can be reduced by adjusting the bell jar.Transmit temperature signals to the upper computer for real-time display through Zigbee wireless transmission.This device measures a temperature difference of better than±0.2℃within the temperature range of 10-90℃,with a measurement uncertainty of 0.2℃(k=2).
