摘 要:针对检衡车对动态汽车衡进行称量测试时存在影响计量结果的异常信号,提出了一种基于光纤布拉格光栅传感器的检衡车车架应变监测系统,该系统采用传感器获得待测点的应变波形,通过与正常应变波形分析对比,判断是否存在异常信号。选择使用两个具有不同中心波长的光纤布拉格光栅来解决光栅应变和温度交叉敏感问题,并利用光通信系统设计软件进行20组不同的应变波形仿真,温度灵敏度和应力灵敏度分别可达0.014μm/℃、0.08 nm/MPa。验证了结构的合理性,从而为后续的实际传感器系统应用奠定良好的基础。When the track scale test car perform a dynamic measurement on weighing road vehicles in motion,there may be abnormal signals that affect the measurement results.In this paper,a strain monitoring system for track scale test car frame based on Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)sensor was proposed.This system uses a sensor to obtain the strain waveform of the measured point.Through the analysis and comparison of the results and the normal waveform.Two FBG sensors were designed to distinguish the cross-sensitivity of the two measurands(strain/temperature),and tested under 20 values of strain for characterization purposes.The results show that the temperatures sensitivity and stress sensitivity of the proposed FBG sensor can reach 0.014μm/℃and 0.08 nm/MPa.The result verifies the rationality of structure design and helps to lay a good foundation for applications of fiber sensors.
