摘　　要：介绍了基于JJF 1720—2018校准规范进行全自动生化分析仪物理指标和性能指标校准的标准操作流程(SOP),使得JJF 1720—2018校准规范具有实操性,对于没有505 nm波长的全自动生化仪提供了采用340 nm波长下重铬酸钾标准溶液GBW(E)136711进行测定线性误差校准的方法,同时对附录A原始记录表格进行了优化,在帮助校准人员准确地完成计量工作的同时推动全自动生化分析仪的科学计量检定,使得全自动生化分析仪检测结果实现准确可靠,实现临床检验结果的互认。This article introduces the standard operating procedure(SOP)for calibration of physical and performance indicators of full-automatic biochemical analyzer based on JJF 1720—2018 standard,makes the JJF 1720—2018 standard practical,and optimizes the original record form in Appendix A based on a large number of actual calibration experience,which not only helps the calibration engineer to accurately complete the calibrationsteps,but also promotes the scientific metrological calibration of full-automatic biochemical analyzer,so that the detection results of full-automatic biochemical analyzer are accurate and comparable,and realize mutual recognition of clinical test results.
