摘　　要：为探究进气流量对微量氧分析仪示值的影响,搭建了微量氧分析仪取样系统,选取了10种不同型号的氧气分析仪,利用取样系统通入500μmol/mol和50μmol/mol的氮气中氧气标准物质对分析仪进行实验,改变进气流量并记录流量和仪器的示值。This study aims to explore the influence of intake flow rate on micro oxygen analyzers.A leak-proof sampling system for trace oxygen analyzer was constructed.Ten different models of oxygen analyzers were selected.Experiments were conducted using the developed sampling system,introducing oxygen into nitrogen at concentrations of 500μmol/mol and 50μmol/mol while varying the gas flow rate to record flow rate and the instrument readings.
