摘 要:从实现多源污泥综合利用、协同资源化角度出发,以氯化锌(ZnCl_(2))为活化剂,研究含油污泥、污水污泥及其按不同比例混合所得的污泥基活性炭在活化前后的炭产率、孔隙及官能团分布特征,分析两类污泥的耦合作用效果,优选最佳掺配比例,指导污泥的综合利用。结果表明:污泥基活性炭具有一定的中孔、微孔孔隙特征,ZnCl_(2)的活化对污泥基活性炭的中孔提升能力优于微孔;综合孔隙及功能化特征发现,含油污泥与污水污泥的混合能提升活性炭的功能指标,当含油污泥与污水污泥混合比为6∶4时效果最佳;红外表征显示,混合污泥基炭在900~1150 cm^(-1)处有较多含氧官能团峰强响应,在1610 cm^(-1)左右,C=O响应较为明显,由此分析可知,ZnCl_(2)的活化和多源污泥的混合炭化过程能优化污泥炭化的有机结构,增加含氧官能团种类,ZnCl_(2)的活化可以使活性炭中的-OH被保留,提高所获得炭产品的功能性,对实现含油污泥和污水污泥综合利用、协同资源化研究具有切实的指导意义。From the perspective of realizing comprehensive utilization and collaborative resource utilization of multi-source sludge,using zinc chloride(ZnCl_(2))as activator,the carbon yield,pore and functional group distribution characteristics of oily sludge,sewage sludge and sludge-based activated carbon obtained by mixing them in different proportions before and after activation were studied,the coupling effect of the two types of sludge was analyzed,and the optimal mixing ratio was selected,guiding the comprehensive utilization of sludge.The results showed that the sludge based activated carbon had certain pore characteristics,and the activation of ZnCl_(2) on the sludge based activated carbon was better than the micro-pores.According to the pore and functional characteristics,the mixing of oily sludge and sewage sludge can improve the functional index of activated carbon,and the mixing ratio of oily sludge and sewage sludge was 6∶4.Infrared characterization showed that there were more peak strong responses of oxygen-containing functional groups from 900 to 1150 cm^(-1),and the C=O response was more obvious around 1610 cm^(-1).It can be seen from the analysis that ZnCl_(2) activation and the mixed carbonization process of multi-source sludge can optimize the organic structure of sludge carbonization and increase the types of oxygen-containing functional groups.The activation of ZnCl_(2) can retain the-OH in activated carbon,improve the function of the carbon product,and have practical guiding significance for the comprehensive utilization and collaborative resource recovery of oily sludge and sewage sludge.
