摘 要:基于家庭内部议价能力与社会规范两种解释,探究夫妻间住房产权归属与家庭教育投资的关系。利用CFPS数据实证发现,通过女性劳动参与和家庭收入两种机制,女性拥有住房产权促进了家庭教育投资绝对数额增加。异质性分析显示,伴随女性受教育水平提升与受教育水平性别差距缩小,住房产权对家庭教育投资的影响得以增强,另外二者间影响仅在男孩子代与独生子女样本中表现明显。进一步分析显示,相较于女性独有产权,夫妻共享住房产权对家庭教育投资的影响更大。Based on the two explanations of bargaining power within the family and social norms,this study explored the relationship between housing property rights among couples and family educational investment.Using CFPS data,the empirical findings revealed that,women's ownership of housing property promoted an increase in the absolute amount of family educational investment through the mechanisms of female labor participation and household income.Heterogeneity analysis showed that as women's educational levels rose and the gender gap in education narrowed,the impact of housing property rights on household educational investment became stronger.Additionally,this effect was only evident in families having a boy or only one child.Further analysis indicated that,compared to sole female ownership,joint ownership of housing property by couples had a greater impact on household educational investment.
