摘  要:[目的]Rimisoxafen是FMC公司研发并于2021年获得ISO通用名的除草化合物,主要研究其合成方法和除草活性。[方法]以2,6-二氯苯乙酮为起始原料,经3步反应合成rimisoxafen。[结果]总收率8.3%,纯度99%,目标化合物结构经1H NMR和高分辨质谱确证。室内除草活性测试结果显示,rimisoxafen对阔叶杂草苘麻和百日草具有优异的苗后防治效果,在有效成分为37.5 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下,防效可达到100%。[Aims]Rimisoxafen was a new herbicide developed by FMC Corporation and achieved ISO common name in 2021.This paper mainly investigated its synthetic methods and herbicidal activity.[Methods]Rimisoxafen was synthesized from 1-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)ethan-1-one in 3 steps.[Results]The overall yield was 8.3%and the purity of the target compound was 99%.The structure of rimisoxafen was confirmed by 1H NMR and HRMS.The laboratory test results showed that rimisoxafen displayed excellent post-emergence herbicidal activity against broadleaf weeds such as Abutilon theophrasti Medic and Zinnia elegans Jacq.,attaining a control efficacy of 100%at 37.5 g/ha.
