摘 要:[目的]采用高效液相色谱仪结合QuEChERS方法,建立一种同时测定包衣玉米种子中9种农药的检测方法。[方法]样品用乙腈提取,以PSA和C18组合吸附剂净化;梯度洗脱,乙腈-甲醇(体积比1∶1)和水作为流动相,C18色谱柱分离,PDA检测器,外标法定量。[结果]9种目标化合物在0.2~100 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999);在5~350 mg/kg添加水平下,平均回收率为80.54%~98.73%,RSD为0.71%~2.42%。同时对不同质量浓度的基质效应展开研究,9种农药基质效应均不明显,可直接使用标准溶液定量。[结论]该方法简便、高效、快速,填补了国内包衣玉米种子中农药检测的研究空白,并为包衣玉米种子的质量控制提供了一种可靠的检测方法。同时,该方法可推广应用于其他种子和农药残留检测,具有一定的推广和应用价值。[Aims]The technology of high-performance liquid chromatography combined with the QuEChERS method was adopted to establish a detection method for simultaneously determining 9 pesticides in coated corn seeds.[Methods]The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified with a combination of PSA and C18 adsorbents.Gradient elution was performed with acetonitrile-methanol(1∶1,by vol)and water as the mobile phase.Separation was achieved using a C18 chromatographic column,with detection by a PDA detector and quantification using an external standard method.[Results]The linear relationship of the 9 target compounds in the range of 0.2-100 mg/L was good(r>0.999);at the addition levels of 5-350 mg/kg,the average recovery rates were 80.54%-98.73%,with RSDs of 0.71%-2.42%.The matrix effects of different concentrations were also studied,and the matrix effects of the 9 pesticides were not significant,allowing for direct quantification using standard solutions.[Conclusions]This method is simple,efficient and fast,filling the research gap in pesticide detection of coated corn seeds in China and providing a reliable detection method for quality control of coated corn seeds.Additionally,this method can be applied to other seeds and pesticide residue detection,with certain promotion and application value.
