摘 要:[目的]明确中生菌素与抑霉唑对葡萄白腐病的联合生物活性和田间防治效果。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定了中生菌素与抑霉唑不同比例混剂对葡萄白腐病菌的生物活性,并通过田间试验测定防治效果。[结果]中生菌素与抑霉唑质量比为4∶1、1∶1、1∶4、1∶10、1∶20时,对葡萄白腐病菌抑制效果表现为增效,增效系数分别为1.68、1.75、2.05、1.77、1.54,即1∶4增效作用最显著。根据最佳质量比配制的10%中生菌素·抑霉唑水乳剂,其有效成分250、200 g a.i./hm^(2)对葡萄白腐病的田间防效为85.19%、83.80%。[结论]中生菌素与抑霉唑以1∶4复配,对葡萄白腐病防治效果好,可达到降低农药使用量的效果。[Aims]The combined biological activity and field control efficacy of zhongshengmycin and imazalil against grape white rot were clarified.[Methods]The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the biological activity of mixtures of zhongshengmycin and imazalil in different proportions against Coniella vitis.Further field trials were conducted to determine the control efficacy.[Results]When the mass ratio of zhongshengmycin to imazalil was 4∶1,1∶1,1∶4,1∶10 and 1∶20,it exhibited a synergistic effect on inhibiting C.vitis,with the synergistic coefficients of 1.68,1.75,2.05,1.77 and 1.54,respectively.The mixture at the ratio of 1∶4 had the highest synergism.According to the optimal mass ratio,zhongshengmycin·imazalil 10%EW was prepared,and its field control efficacy at 250 and 200 g a.i./ha against grape white rot was 85.19%and 83.80%,respectively.[Conclusions]The combination of zhongshengmycin and imazalil at a ratio of 1∶4 exhibits excellent control efficacy against grape white rot,leading to a reduction in the use of chemical pesticides.
