摘 要:[目的]明确微生物菌剂(渐狭蜡蚧菌)与化学杀虫剂(螺虫乙酯)混用对柑橘木虱的田间防治效果。[方法]2023年3月和10月,于湖南江华开展渐狭蜡蚧菌与螺虫乙酯混用及4种杀虫剂单用防治柑橘木虱的田间药效试验。[结果]渐狭蜡蚧菌3166孢子悬浮液(简称渐狭蜡蚧菌3166)1.0×10^(11)孢子/L与22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂48 mg/L混用对柑橘木虱的速效性好、持效期长,且存在明显的增效作用,药后3~14 d的防治效果为76.02%~93.66%,显著优于单独喷施渐狭蜡蚧菌31661.0×10^(11)孢子/L处理(64.20%~89.02%)和2.5%高效氟氯氰菊酯水乳剂25 mg/L处理(70.77%~83.67%),与22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂60 mg/L处理(77.51%~94.60%)相当,但显著低于99%矿物油乳油4950 mg/L处理(85.19%~98.47%)。[结论]渐狭蜡蚧菌3166与22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂混用对柑橘木虱高效,推荐桶混剂量为渐狭蜡蚧菌31661.0×10^(11)孢子/L+22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂48 mg/L。[Aims]This study aims to identify the field control efficacy of Lecanicillium attenuatum mixed with spirotetramat against the Asian spore psyllid,Diaphorina citri Kuwayama.[Methods]Field plot tests were conducted to investigate control efficacy of L.attenuatum mixed with spirotetramat and 4 insecticides including L.attenuatum,spirotetramat,beta-cyfluthrin and petroleum oil against D.citri in Jianghua,Hunan Province in March and October 2023.[Results]The combination of L.attenuatum 3166 conidial suspensions(abbreviated as L.attenuatum 3166)at 1.0×10^(11) spore/L and spirotetramat 22.4%suspension concentrate(SC)at 48 mg/L had high fast action,long-term persistence and significant synergistic effect on D.citri during 3-14 d after treatment,with control efficacy of 76.02%-93.66%,which was significantly higher than that of L.attenuatum 3166 at 1.0×10^(11) spore/L(64.20%-89.02%)and betacyfluthrin 2.5%emulsion(oil in water)at 25 mg/L(70.77%-83.67%),equivalent to that of spirotetramat 22.4%SC at 60 mg/L(77.51%-94.60%),and significantly lower than that of petroleum oil 99%emulsifiable concentrate at 4950 mg/L(85.19%-98.47%).[Conclusions]L.attenuatum 3166 mixed with spirotetramat 24%SC provides effective control against D.citri.The recommended dose is L.attenuatum 31661.0×10^(11) spore/L+spirotetramat 24%SC 48 mg/L.
