摘 要:在新型电力系统建设背景下,微电网、商业楼宇等不同规模主体形态的产消者日益增多。而产消者集群聚合互联形成的虚拟电厂(virtual power plant,VPP)能够协同优化灵活性资源,通过电能交互和功率互济实现集群整体的效益提升。为实现多产消者的协同运行,提出了虚拟电厂运营商和多产消者混合博弈策略。首先,构建了虚拟电厂运营商和多产消者的主从博弈模型。虚拟电厂运营商作为领导者动态调整电价,多产消者作为跟随者,考虑到内部新能源不确定性,基于分布鲁棒机会约束进行优化调度。然后,在主从博弈的调度策略和交易结果的基础上,构建了多产消者的合作博弈模型。提出了基于能量贡献度的合作收益分配策略,实现多产消者合作联盟收益公平合理的分配。最后,通过算例分析验证了所提混合博弈策略的合理性与优越性。When constructing new power systems,the increasing number of prosumers with varying sizes,such as microgrids and commercial buildings,has to be considered.A virtual power plant formed by the aggregation and interconnection of such prosumer clusters can collaboratively optimize flexible resources and improve the overall efficiency of the cluster through power interactions and power mutual aid.To realize the coordinated operation of multiple prosumers,this study proposes a mixed game strategy between virtual power plant operators and multiple prosumers.First,a master-slave game model of virtual power plant operators and multiple prosumers is constructed.The virtual power plant operator(master)dynamically adjusts the electricity prices,and the prosumers(slave)follow.Considering the uncertainty of new internal energy sources,an optimal dispatch is conducted based on distributed robust opportunity constraints.Subsequently,a multi-prosumer cooperative game model is constructed based on the scheduling strategy and transaction results of the master-slave game.Further,a cooperative income distribution strategy based on energy contributions is proposed to achieve a fair and reasonable distribution of income from multi-prosumer cooperation alliances.Finally,the rationality and superiority of the proposed hybrid game strategy are verified through a numerical example analysis.
